You may have been parked illegally. If you think your car was towed, we may have it. Please call the office and have the vin or plate number available to confirm we have your vehicle. If we do have it, you may download the forms needed to get your vehicle out of the yard or come into the office to complete. No vehicle can be redeemed and released without proper identification and payment first.

If your car was involved in an accident and the police were called or is it blocking traffic on a state, local highway or street or parked illegally, we may have your vehicle. Please call the office and have your VIN number handy for quick identification.

If you were involved in an accident and you requested your vehicle, be towed to one of our lots. Please inform your insurance company immediately and let them know we have it. Complete the Right of Redemption form here and come to the office to retrieve your items and or vehicle.

Yes. You must first give permission to the authorized third party. You may either fill out our form here or provide us with a signed letter and a copy of their ID. Once completed, email your forms to dispatch@betheltowing.com

Not exactly. Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday from 8am - 5 pm. You may come at any time between those hours to retrieve your vehicle or belongings and not incur an "after hours" fee. After hours fees are charged from 5pm till 8am M-F, all-day Saturday and Sunday and all Federal/Bank Holidays.

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards for payment of our towing services. Keep in mind there is 3% convivence fee on all credit card transactions. We cannot accept personal checks.

Our fees are set by the state of Washington. We do not charge anything over what the set rate is for each service.

We understand that sometimes your impound bill amount may come as a shock. However, you are still responsible for the bill. If your car was impounded or involved in an accident and you have an outstanding bill or invoice with us, there is help. Under certain conditions we may be able to offer you a payment plan.
