Auction Rules & Regulations

ALL bidders are required to check in with the office and obtain a bidder number BEFORE the start of every auction. 

• All bidders are required to sign in and provide identification at time of check-in.
• New bidders MUST register with the office and provide proper identification prior to bidding. 
• All auction vehicles are sold AS IS. We make no guarantees or implied warrantees.
• If the vehicle has keys, they will be included with your paperwork. 
• Once you bid on a vehicle, you have made the commitment to purchase and will be responsible for payment. No exceptions.
• Payment is due once the auction has closed, and your paperwork is processed.
• Payment is accepted in the form of Cash or Credit Card (plus 3% convenience fee). We do not accept personal checks. Business checks are accepted with prior authorization.
• The auction closeout process takes a minimum of 30 minutes, sometimes longer depending on the number of vehicles. Please be patient. You may wait OUTSIDE the office or come back. You will be notified once it’s completed.
• Once your paperwork is processed, you may not make any changes. Should changes be requested and made (due to no fault of Bethel Garage, Inc.) a $30.00 admin fee will be added to your final bill for each AVR change.
• ALL vehicles MUST be picked up by the end of the current auction day or you will be charged $75 per day for storage starting at 5pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Any vehicle NOT picked up within 7 days of auction will be forfeited and offered to the backup bidder. If original bidder and backup bidder fail to pay and pickup, the auction vehicle will be placed back into auction the following week. 
• NO one under the age of 18 is permitted to bid or be in the auction lot. 
• NO Dogs are allowed in the auction lot or allowed to roam the property freely
