Dispatcher – Towing & Roadside Assistance

We’re looking for a reliable, calm-under-pressure Dispatcher to join our growing team. Dispatch is the heart of our operation—you’ll coordinate our fleet of tow trucks, support approximately 30 drivers, and serve as the first point of contact for our customers. If you enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and helping people during stressful situations, this role may be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and dispatch drivers quickly and efficiently
• Communicate with customers, law enforcement, municipalities, motor clubs, and commercial accounts
• Gather accurate details to determine the appropriate response for each situation
• Assist with vehicle impounds and releases at the service window
• Process tow bills and apply payments accurately
• Follow Washington State laws and company policies at all times
• Maintain professionalism and empathy when speaking with customers in distress

Schedules Available

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Full and Part-Time Swing and Overnight:
• Swing shifts are any days Sunday thru Saturday 4:00pm - 12:00am
• Friday 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Saturday 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Ability to pick up additional shifts as needed or cover other office locations

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of dispatching or similar experience
• Typing speed of 40–45 WPM
• Strong phone communication and listening skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Solid problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Willingness to complete:
• Drug screening
• Washington State Patrol background check
